The hotel is clean, safe and nicely decorated. Handicap accessible with elevator and ramp. Delicious and filling breakfast. Helpful and nice staff. Convenient location near the bus station.

The hotel provided a good full breakfast included in the price. The staff, especially Susan at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and bright. The location was conveniently near the historical center and in between the two bus stations I had to travel through.

The breakfast provided was a great start to the day and we loved the fresh fruit and juice. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service was a huge convenience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel comfortable during our romantic escape.
The bed was a little too firm for our taste and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, there was some mold present in the bathroom which was somewhat disappointing.
